Agreement to Terms & Conditions

When hiring Reel 360 Photo booth from us you do so in accordance with this hire agreement. You are deemed to have accepted the hire charge for the hire of the photo booth, and other terms which have been quoted to you at the time of placing your order. When hiring you are granting the 360 Photo Booth the right to use the event videos for promotional purposes unless you specify in writing.
These Terms and Conditions will remain in place on the website and can be accessed by you at any time. We reserve the right to amend or update our Terms and Conditions at any time and any subsequent bookings made by you shall be governed by such terms. We reserve the right to alter our pricing on our literature and website at any time without warning, but this will not affect bookings which have already been confirmed by us.

Private Bookings Payment

To secure your booking full payment is required, All details stated on the invoice form will be accepted by us as correct including spelling, venue details and contact information, unless you notify us otherwise in writing. Any costs that we incur because of incorrect information supplied by you must be reimbursed by you. Once the full payment is made, we will notify you that your booking has been accepted for the dates specified. A contract for the hire of the photo booth only comes into effect once we have confirmed your booking.

You are not entitled to a refund of any part of the hire charge where the hire period has ended early due to the photo booth being damaged, lost or stolen during the hire period or any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your booking you will lose the 50% the hire fee paid. You must give us more than 30 days’ notice if you wish to cancel the booking. In such cases a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. You can request that the funds are transferred to an alternative booking (subject to the new date being available). For cancellations received within 30 days of the event date, the hirer will not receive the 50% refund. The hire period for the photo booth is for the period specified on the booking form by you. This

hire agreement is not covered by the Consumer Credit Act, 1974 as the hire period is less than 3 months. The hire period shall commence and end on the dates specified on the invoice. No extension to the Hire Period is permitted without our express written consent and receipt by us of the appropriate charge. If we are unable to install the photo booth on time due to access restrictions the hire period will remain unchanged. If your event simply starts late or runs late, the hire period will remain unchanged unless we agree to provide additional hours or to simply delay our planned start. Installation and use of the 360 Photo Booth will arrive 30/45 minutes prior to an event to set up and test the photo booth correctly. If you require the photo booth to be set up in a shorter period, then we cannot be held responsible if it is not setup correctly or ready on time. You are responsible for ensuring that the space provided (3m x 3m) for the photo booth is suitable for your request made. The 360-photo booth technology requires an internet connection for operating, which shall be your responsibility to provide. The speed of connection will be dependent upon the service provider, and we cannot be held liable for any delays in connection or connection failures because of using mobile hotspot. If in the event the photo booths or any related equipment is damaged by a third party, you agree to indemnify us against loss, damage, cost, or expense that we may incur as a
result.

Risk and Ownership of the Photo Booth

Full ownership of the photo booth shall always remain fully vested in us. You have no right, title, or interest in the photo booth other than that you are entitled to hire the photo booth for the hire period.  You hereby indemnify us against any losses, costs, damages, or expenses that we may reasonably incur because of your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and any loss or damage caused to the photo booth.

Insurance is held by the hirer and can be provided if necessary.

Termination of Hire

The Reel 360-photo booth will not tolerate any abuse or threatening behaviour to any of our staff, abuse of the photo booth or equipment. If this occurs, we retain the right to terminate the hire immediately. This applies equally to you and your guests. The 360 Photo Booth may terminate the hire in cases where our staff are of the reasonable view that the equipment including the photo booth itself belonging to us is in danger of being damaged or has been damaged due to the actions or unruly behaviour of the people using the photo booth. We will tolerate unruly behaviour to an extent and liaise with the hirer/venue first to try to resolve the matter before any termination is enacted. If we do terminate, for any reason, the full hire

charge will remain, and we will not issue any refunds for any period of hire not provided.
We also reserve the right to terminate the Hire Agreement at any time if you are declared bankrupt, enter any arrangement with your creditors, or being a company, go into liquidation or are wound-up, or being a partnership, is dissolved or if, in our reasonable opinion, one of a forementioned events is likely to occur. We shall also be entitled to terminate the hire immediately where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have acted in breach of this Hire Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

We disclaim all liability to you for the supply of the photo booth to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If we are found liable for any unforeseen cancellation, loss or damage to you, such liability is limited to the hire charge you have paid. We cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage, or expense, including any direct or indirect loss such as loss of profits, to you howsoever arising. We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing the service and hiring the photo booth where such failure arises because of a Force Majeure event. We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the hire of the photo booth.

Staff

Uniformed staff supplied by Reel 360 Photo Booth for all events will set up, provide technical support, and manage the photo booth for ease of use by guests. As agreed with the Hirer prior to the start of the Hire Term, you must ensure that a minimum 30-minute break (taken at a mutually convenient point) is given to the operator for Hire Periods longer than 4 hours.

Mechanical Problems

On the rare occasion the 360 Photo Booth may have technical problems and every effort will be made to rectify the problem. If the problem is rectified the photo booth will be made available for use over the time provided. If The 360 Photo Booth cannot take videos from a camera failure or hardware failure, a refund shall be provided.

Children

Children under the age of 6 are not allowed on the 360-photo booth unless accompanied by an adult.

Children under the age of 10 must have an adult present when using the 360-photo booth.
Children under these ages will not be able to use the 360-photo booth under no circumstances if there is no adult present.

Photo’s/videos are not stored after the event, but the hirer will receive USB drive of all content on the night of hire.
